Canceling or Changing an Order

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, you may do so at any time before the campaign’s end date. Just reach out on our Contact Us page with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help out.

For all changes to an order besides sizing, we will need to cancel your existing order so that you can check out again before the campaign ends.

After a campaign ends, we are not able to cancel or change orders as products are already being produced and shipped. For all problems with an order after a campaign ends, please see our return, exchange and reprint policy or reach out to us on our Contact Us page.
